About this property

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax to or a small family to get out and about. Thete is plenty of woodland local walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? Serafina is made up of three properties, the main barn (where the hosts live), the cottage (attached to the main barn), and the lodge (opposite the barn above the car port). There is a shared gated drive to access all properties. The main garden is for the use of the hosts only. Both guest properties have their own outside areas.
Guest access
The cottage car port is clearly marked and It has its own pathway to reach the front door. The cottage garden is defined by landscapes bushes and is for their sole use, as is the decking area with hot tub.

We love living in a little close of barns and are happy to say our neighbours are also our friends. With this in mind, it is not a ‘party place’, please respect our surroundings.
