Lovely apartment

The apartment was outstanding and clean it was the nicest place we stayed in Italy. Close to amenities. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was very difficult getting ahold of anyone after hours. Would definitely stay again.

Milan stay

Apartment was steps away from train station. Great central location in the city. We could walk to everything, The Last Supper, The Basilica, the Galleria and tons of restuarants. The apartment was roomy and had a great vibe. 2 bathrooms was very nice. The front doors and entry way felt very secure. We would come back and stay here.

The apartment itself was excellent and in a wonderful location. However the Air conditioning did not work, and was unable to be fixed during our stay. The host had maintenance come to fix it two times. Maintenance did not come the third time with fans which would have helped. This unfortunately ruined our stay as we were hot and had to stay in waiting for the problem to be resolved which did not happen. We ended up having to sleep with the windows open which was less than ideal because you hear the trains coming in and out all night. There was also an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom making it impossible to wash your hands. It would have been kind of the host to meet us at the apartment or make sure everything was working before our stay. We were offered no monetary discounts for our inconvenience.
