Overall a comfortable place and close to where we wanted to go. The apartment was lacking in basic maintenance-like burned out light bulbs and switches that just didn’t work. The kitchen had just one frying pan-hardly equipped. WiFi only worked the first day of a 4 night stay I told management about the problems and hopefully they will be fixed for the next guest. Nic place - needs better maintenance.

Excellent location for getting to both Navigli and Brera neighborhoods, close to the subway system. Apartment was clean and ready for us, the washer and drying rack availability was nice to get a load of laundry in at the end of our trip. Hosts were excellent with communicating on how to get in the building.

The communication was horrible next to nothing. Spoke to Expedia. They were of no help since they said that easy life was on a third-party software that didn’t connect with Expedia sent message to VRBO, nothing! Will never use them. There are so many concerns at this place, the remote had electrical tape to try to secure the battery so the air conditioner worked twice had to stand on a chair to try to manipulate the battery since it wasn’t secured into the control,the light switch on the right hand side of the bed doesn’t work so they should change the lightbulb, the shower door was off the bottom rail very dangerous. Hardwater and so much calcium around the shower doors and walls. You can even see the start of it in the photos of the property. It just gets gross after that. we didn’t use the kitchen. We didn’t put anything in the trash so I can’t comment on that. The pillows in the drawer were disgusting. They had no pillow protector and no pillowcase over the pillow protector, so I assumed that’s what the pillows look like on the bed so we put the bath towels over the pillows. The bath sink faucet is old and all tarnished. You will share a closet with an ironing board, dirty hangers, and some type of rack, etc., so didn’t use. check-in was a mess, a nightmare because of the lack of communication if you get something it’s gonna be AI. There’s a lot of things that you have to do like sign a five page lease that I was never acknowledged when booking. Entry & exit we videotape
