Three-room apartment (sleeps up to 5 people) on the second floor with an lift, consisting of a kitchen-living room with a sleeper sofa, a master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower stall, and two terraces. Equipped with a shower stall and two terraces. Access to the beach through the pine forest, 5–10 minutes.
Simply yet functionally furnished and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen (including dishes and cookware), a SMART TV, heat pump air conditioning, a microwave, a safe, a swimming pool, one parking space in the reserved car park, and a washing machine (all included in the price). The apartment is equipped with mattress covers, pillow covers (washed after each guest), bedspreads, and blankets. The apartment does not provide sheets or towels; you must bring your own from home.
On the day of arrival, you’ll pay a tourist tax of €0.80 per person per day.

Excursions to Venice, which can be easily reached by train from San Doná di Piave, arriving in the centre of Venice at the Santa Lucia station for about €8 per person. The owners manage the property directly, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere and attentive service designed to meet all guests’ needs and guarantee a relaxing stay.
