If living relaxedly on the beach and waking up to the sounds of the sea are your type of holiday paradise, then you will surely fall head over heels in love with The Beach Loft.
With an enviable location just 120 metres from the pebble beach of Montañar 1, these one-bedroom, two-storey apartments exude the charm of the sea and offer modern facilities such as air conditioning, Smart TV and high-speed Internet.
Inside, the living room is small but perfectly formed and flooded with light from a full-height balcony overlooking the rooftops of the Pueblo Blanco II complex. On the same floor, the large bedroom has its own balcony, offering sea views and a magnificent complete en-suite bathroom with a large ground-level shower, a practical dressing table, and beautiful patterned tiles.
On the upper floor, the spacious kitchen is formed by simple but effective open shelves, covered by beautiful fabric panels. Installed with all the usual comforts and no less than two types of coffee machines, the rustic shelves and modern appliances work in perfect harmony with each other.
A small indoor table with seating for two people is perfect for a quick bite before going to the beach, but the true star of the apartment is the large outdoor terrace with its covered dining table, sun loungers and magnificent views of the sea, palm trees and sky. This is a wonderful space to eat, drink or simply relax in the morning, at midday or in the evening.
The best advice from JH: although the apartment does not offer assigned parking, there are always many spaces along the roadside to park your vehicle. Genoa Street is a good option, as the beautiful tree-lined road offers shade throughout the day.
JH Loves: take an early dip before walking along the seafront until reaching La Siesta, one of the favourite places by the beach... what a way to start the day!

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

We have stayed in many apartments in Jávea over the last 15 years and this is up there with the best.
Brilliant location, just a stones throw from the beach. A 5 minute stroll to the Port area and 20 mins walk to Arenal. Our favourite beach bar (montgo de bongo) was 2 minutes away!
The apartment was spotless. Air conditioning was superb. We had everything needed for a truly amazing stay.The balcony with the sun beds meant we could wander back on a hot day and relax with a book, ipad and a drink.
We will be back!

Estudio acogedor con excelente ubicación
El apartamento está muy bien decorado y totalmente equipado. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares, la ubicación excelente y la urbanización muy tranquila.
Hay aire acondicionado en sala y habitación, lavadora y secadora, lavaplatos, dos tipos de cafeteras (filtro y cápsulas), tostador…
Había bastantes hormigas en el baño y en el armario. Sólo había una silla de playa (hubiese estado bien que fueran dos).
Cabe mencionar que es un segundo piso sin ascensor, con escaleras estrechas y además las escaleras de dentro de casa. Aunque para nosotros no fue problema.

Mooi appartement met goede voorzieningen.
Goede airco in woonkamer en slaapkamer. Mooie badkamer en dakterras was ook erg fijn. Wij hebben een prima tijd gehad in het appartement.
In de keuken was het heel erg warm (logischerwijs geen airco omdat het grenst aan het terras) maar daardoor heeft de koelkast het wel erg zwaar en maakt die veel herrie. Kan ook komen omdat die niet erg stevig staat. Wat scheef en wankel. Wellicht idee om het beter af te stellen.
