Rent villa in very quiet area in Rivesaltes, Pyrenees Orientales. rivesaltes is ideally located, 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from Spain and 5 minutes from Perpignan.
The hinterland is also very close.
the villa, facing south, is very comfortable:
- Equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
- Large screen television and Orange and Canal plus TV decoder.
- 3 bedrooms, equipped with a 180 cm bed for one, a 140 bed for the other two (possibility of an extra 90 bed).
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with walk-in shower, two toilets.
Large garden and terrace, possibility of parking (2 places) in front of the garage.
