My beautiful 3 bedroom lodge plus double sofa bed is a home from home.
you have everything you will need to make your stay comfortable it is situated on a peaceful part of the Parkdean holiday park, so perfect to relax after your busy day. The lodge is on the action packed Park Dean resorts holiday park and is just a 7 minutes walk to the sandy beach and 3 minute walk to the entertainment complex.
Please note the parks facilities are closed from 17th Nov 24 until
11th Feb 2025

Two king size bedrooms, one with en-suite and one bunkbed room with an extra full size single bed plus sofa bed in lounge. Open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine . Free WiFi and tv in all bedrooms and lounge . Decking with outside seating .
Pet friendly . Located next to trees , fields so feels private .
Please note entertainment passes are bought separately from parkdean reception and in peak season need to pre book activities

We had a such a wonderful stay here, the lodge was beautifully clean and had everything we could have needed as a group of three friends with young children. Communication with Loretta was also great and very fast. The lodge is in a quiet area of the park but easy walk to the shop and entertainment area, our kids (2-7 years) loved the playground, splash park, swimming pool and football pitch in particular and there were lots of other activities you could book. Also amazing to be in walking distance of the beautiful beach!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. It is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice at all, it’s such a lovely cosy place for a getaway. Great location, everything you need is there, very clean, excellent communication from the host and very quick to respond. I cannot find a single fault with the Lodge. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you :)

Three generations and we all had a lovely time. The lodge was comfortable and in a lovely quiet location. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge had plenty of space for family games and relaxation. Thanks from us all.

Beautiful stay

Lovely stay at this spacious and comfortable caravan. The beds were large and comfortable and all the facilities you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to the park facilities too and great communication with the host. We will definitely consider returning or recommending it.

Lovely big space with all the mod cons you need. Surprisingly large living area and bedrooms, one of which has an en suite. It's really close to the beach - once you leave the holiday park, just cross the road, climb over the dune and you're there. Very speedy communication with the host, who responds to emails very quickly. The lodge is situated in a holiday park which has lots of activities - albeit most of which you have to pay for, like a mini Center Parcs. There's a sports centre, mini golf, go karts, zorbing and lots more. I believe you can buy 'activity passes' which allow you to do three or more activities at a discounted rate although to be honest, we didn't do any of them. But they're there if you want. If you plan to stay onsite most evenings, be aware that after 5:30pm, you need to present a pass in order to enter the 'Entertainment Complex' where there's an arcade, playground, bar, restaurant and other facilities. The passes also give you unlimited swimming. They're available for purchase, cost 28 per person and last the duration of the stay (although you might be able to negotiate a discount if you're buying a lot). Kids aged 3 and under don't need a pass.

Very pleased with the property. It had everything we needed and more! Good size, well equipped, great location within the park and a very comfortable stay.Very good communication from our host and the support from camp staff was excellent. All in all a great rental property and one we would recommend. Thank you.
