Hi Mark, thank you for your review. However I think we have some misunderstand in there.
We are NOT BELONG hotel, we are individual business so we dont provide any extra service if you dont let me know when you stay before. For the cleaning fee that you pay for us is the fee to clean our apartment when you check out, not for all times you living there.
