Issues in the flat were NOT fixed at all!

It is such a pity, but are not fully satisfied with your services! We did not get a practical reply to any of the 2 issues we had in the flat. Here is one of my emails that I sent in the beginning of our stay: Dear Booking host team, We checked in yesterday but there are 2 issues that we need you to assist with: -there is only one blanket for the big bed, and the 3rd person doesn't have one for the sofa( it's already cold); - the toilet does not have water in the tank, so we manually clean it, which is very uncomfortable for us. I will be awaiting your prompt response asap. Best regards,

A working toilet and enough blankets for every guest are basics that should simply be there from the start — and we're sorry that wasn't the case during your stay. The unresolved communication around those two issues made it worse, and we understand why that's frustrating. Both the toilet water supply and the bedding situation will be checked and clarified, as will how the messages were handled on our side.
