San Diego home with RESORT BACKYARD!!

Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of local hiking and lake fishing. 30 mins or less will get you to the beach, Sea World, Zoo, Safari Park, downtown and the San Diego Convention Center. Great resort-like backyard but...CAUTION: POOL IS NOT INTERNALLY FENCED. No cable but antennas, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Master bedroom and three average rooms upstairs. 500 sq/ft 'play room' with a couch and single bed downstairs... along with a other very comfortable couches in other areas.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our home and property is very relaxing and quite but still close enough to drive downtown, beaches and many other San Diego attractions.

What makes this property unique

Our backyard is very nice with the pool, Jacuzzi, 20 foot long island bar with swing seats and BBQ, patio seating, putting green, ping pong table, Tiki area and fire pit.
