About this property

Beachfront condo directly on Grand Bahama's beautiful Coral Beach

Located directly on beautiful Coral Beach on Grand Bahama, our newly renovated and upgraded condo is ideal for those seeking relaxation and quiet rejuvenation. The white sandy beach is ideal for sunbathing, and the turquoise waters invite you in for a swim or snorkeling. We are located on a quiet beach, wonderful for strolls and discovering little seaside treasures, like shells and starfish.
Located on the 2nd floor, it is a short 100 step walk down to our large pool, or 20 more steps right onto the beautiful white sand beach. We have two brand new elevators, if you do not wish to take the stairs for the two floors.
The condo is a 10 minute drive from the airport or ferry terminal , with our own parking space. There is a full time staff person onsite, providing security.
We have air conditioning available to you. We do ask that you turn the AC off while you are out during the day, as hydro is very expensive on the island. You will find the ever present ocean breeze and our ceiling fans will usually cool you off nicely.
The unit comes fully equipped, with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. We provide all essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, etc. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen!
The unit has tile floors throughout, with full size stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a full meal. We provide basic cooking needs such as oils, spices, condiments etc.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a large dresser, and a closet. We provide hotel quality linens and towels, including beach towels. Both bathrooms have stand up showers with glass enclosures, very modern. We provide 4 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and 2 sets of snorkeling gear.
Large ceiling fans throughout the entire unit. We have three flat panel TV's one located in our living room, and the other two in the bedrooms. All three Tv’s are Firestick enabled, we provide Prime Video, Netflix and Apple TV. High speed internet with Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. There is a Sony soundbar with subwoofer in the living room, which is hooked up to the livingroom TV, but you can pair your phone with it via Bluetooth to enjoy your personal music playlists as well.
A short 20 minute stroll down the beach, you will reach the Port Lucayan Market Place located in the main tourism area. You can enjoy shopping in the straw market, or in the many upscale shops. If dining out is on your mind, there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and live music to choose from.
Some of the many activities that Freeport offers include kayaking, boating, scuba diving ,fishing and snorkeling . You can swim with dolphins or pigs! Contact us for more information on these types of outings. The Bahamas is famous for its water sports!
You can go bicycling, rent Jet Skis or discover the beautiful Blue Holes in the nearby national park.
For the tennis lover, the nearby YMCA offers 4 brand new courts to play on, at a very reasonable $4 per hour. The YMCA also offers a fully equipped gym, including free weights, and exercise machines of all kinds.

Property was clean, owners were very nice and helpful when it came to recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. We were only steps to the beach and the pool and the view was really good.

The pictures and description does this place more justice. This will be my #1 choice in Freeport from now on. The place was well equipped with EVERYTHING you need and more. My husband and I LOVED this place and will definitely be back. I spent every morning on the beach and enjoying coffee as instructed from the owner...lol

Amazing Vacation Spot

The pictures and descriptions do not do this location justice. It is absolutely beautiful. I have never seen water so clear. The rental was perfect location, right on the beach and walking distance to the port which has tons of restaurants, shopping, and activities. Steve and Nancy were very informative and checked in to make sure we were having a pleasant stay. Best owners I have dealt with so far. We will definitely return!!

June 18-23 Nancy was a wonderful Host she answered all my questions properly on time The Condo was Neat And Clean which I Admire a lot. Furniture and Appliances are up to date Her condo is adorable and Cute The Beach is in walking distance not far at all from her condo. Ideal place to swim and snorkeling if the waves are not rough This Condo has a Smart Lot which was so convenient boy did I like that. The only thing Should have a TV in the guess room not fair the master has one and not the guests room If you want solitude relaxation and meditation and to go jogging this is a Great Place for You Thank You Nancy for sharing this adorable Condo Connie

Beautiful! Wonderful! Want To Go Back Already!!

We stayed at Riveria Towers June 10-16 and loved every minute of it! You could not ask for a better stocked condo for your vacation........it saved us having to buy a lot of stuff and it was greatly appreciated. The prices in the stores on Grand Bahama can be really high as we learned. My husband and I and my son and his wife spent 6 nights there and it went really quickly! The condo itself is so nice with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, well stocked kitchen and living room with beautiful view of pool and beach. Speaking of beach, it was perfect!! Just walk right past the pool and straight into the beautiful blue water and breathe deep! AHhhhhhhh! It is close to everything you could want to see on the island. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant and bar next door was not open all the time we were there and we were looking forward to that so we could have a place really close to eat or get a drink without driving. But we managed to find a lot of places! Loved Zorbas at the Lucaya Market, we ate there several times, went to Banana Bay, good food and wonderful beach, The Sand Bar was interesting, went to Garden of The Groves, a really nice botanical garden that has a cool bar and cafe also. Can't leave out Bernie's on the Beach, it is cool too, really good fruity drinks! Don't miss the Wed. night fish fry at Smith Point, they have music and dancing too. All in all we are very happy with our stay. And Steve and Nancy are so nice and friendly and easy to contact and get answered immediately for any thing. Try it, you will love it!!

Beautiful condo, view and location

This property was exactly as described, excellent, we enjoyed our stay and the beaches immensely. We only saw one negative during our stay on Grand Bahama, a lot of businesses were closed. We hope and pray that changes soon for the awesome people in the Bahamas.

Had a nice family vacation

~ Steve and Nancy were extremely responsive: whenever we had a question they responded quickly ~ Their suggestion to rent from Convenient Car Rentals was excellent; terrific service including pickup at airport, friendly, attentive, nice people and good price ~ I believe Steve and Nancy's is one of the nicest condo buildings in Freeport ~ The unit is nice, decor is island-y; generously well stocked kitchen, sheets, towels and beach toys ~ Can't drink the water, but water jugs are cheap; we got them from Solomon's which we much preferred to Sawyers ~ The beach outside the condo is fantastic, just beautiful ~ Freeport is quiet, so be prepared; I imagine it will pick up as more hurricane damage is addressed; if you are looking for a beach bum holiday, this is perfect ~ The people in the Bahamas are wonderful! ~ Food we found to be so-so. Went to a bunch of restaurants. Our favourite turned out to be Burger King.

Short but perfect for what we needed

On the island for only 2 nights for a wedding and this worked well for us. The view was stunning and definitely the highlight of the property. Nancy and Steve's communication was fantastic pre during and post trip. Also super handy not having a key especially when popping to the beach so check in was super easy. Thank you :)

This is a wonderful property for visitors to Freeport. The beach is right outside the building and it is one of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen. The condo is thoughtfully provisioned with the amenities a traveler would need (a hair dryer, scissors(!), lots of towels, everything you need to go to the beach. The pool is large enough to swim laps. The condo is set up to be so very comfortable to use, and super clean. Steve and Nancy, our hosts, are very responsive and accommodating. The place is in an excellent location for getting out and about, and the residents, staff, and other guests we met were very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Condo in Paradise

Steve and Nancy have a wonderful piece of heaven. The condo is located on this gorgeous beach and equipped with everything you can possibly imagine !!! The owners are very nice and quick to respond. They make sure you have arrived safely and that everything is ok. Coral beach is amazing and in front of the condo, there's a large coral that housed huge angelfish and many more. At Port Lucaya they have the best fresh conch salad, you can also feed lots a fish right off the dock. They have the best coconut bread, a bakery on east mall drive (looks like a taj mahal), a must try. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had an amazing time we will miss your place :)))

Owners Nancy and Steve are excellent to work with. If youre looking for a treat place to chillax this it would it. The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. You have choice of pool or ocean for your use. Building ng staff are excellent. You have about 3 km of beach to walk. Lucayan Market is a 20 month n walk to restaurants and bars. Solomans for provisions is a 40 minute walk. The Liquor store is there as well. Suggest a one day car rental to do the running around first day then settle in. The Coral Beach bar is right next door for happy hour and a bite. I’ll be back.

Wonderful place, Steve and Nancy were great hosts. Communication was the best, they always responded with in hours. Their condo is very comfortable, so close to the beach. A very safe, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the Bahamian sun. Would stay again without any other consideration.

A++ Exceeded our expectations by a long shot

The pros: 1) Steve and Nancy "property owners" attention to detail . As soon as I booked they contacted me, gave me pointers an what to do , where to eat and clarified all my doubts . 2) The condo was newly renovated top to bottom 3) Situated on the beach 4) It is fully furnished it even had a finishing rod and small lunch box that came in handy. I live in California and for the money I paid compared to a hotel this place is priceless. Is it a 5 star hotel ? No is it a mansion or a penthouse? No But keep in mind that is not what you are paying for . This place is literally at the beach and a nice one at that. It has AC , private parking and less than 1/2 mile from Port lucaya market . Now for the bad stuff / the cons : JK I could be petty but realistically this place is perfect for a weeks retreat. If your not satisfied, then you've probably had a unrealistic caribian expectation. I took a chance and was the're first tenant, no pictures and my gamble paid off . Good luck to you Steve and Nancy!!

Why they chose this property

We have always loved the ocean and the beach. Steve spent a lot of time in the Bahamas when he was growing up, and never forgot how beautiful it was there, so we decided to buy our second home there. We both enjoy the peace and tranquility the island has provided to us when we are able to get away from the hustle and bustle of big city living. Lounging on our beautiful beach always serves to rejuvenate our spirits.

What makes this property unique

The incredible white soft sand on the beach, and the turquoise waters are impossible to resist. The view from the beach out over the ocean will take your breath away! Our beach is never crazy busy like so many other beaches in the world, so you always have peace and quiet, not the mass crowds and the noise of resort style beaches.
