Everything was fine, but there is a sound detector in the apartment that triggers an automatic message to inform you that you are making too much noise. So like you are barely puting a bit of music and chatting and you will get a bit of an intense text on your phone saying that if you don't lower the volume in the appartment, there will be consequences. Is just frustrating to get these type of message for no reason, we were just living a normal holiday life no excess at allbesides that everything was good

Regarding the noise detector, we’d like to clarify that the alerts are sent automatically when the device detects noise levels above the permitted decibel threshold. Its purpose is simply to remind guests to respect the designated quiet hours and ensure the comfort and rest of our neighbours. We understand that receiving an automatic message can feel frustrating, especially when you feel you are simply enjoying a normal holiday.
