Beautiful family home with magnificent views of the sea. Ample space to stay with friends and family in the big living room, on the terrace and in the garden, either in groups or finding your own quiet spot. The host and caretaker nearby were very welcoming, easily contactable and responsive. We had a lovely time enjoying the house and garden. Thank you Damien.

We had a super week. Grandmother with her children and children in law, grandchildren and grandchildrens partners. Twelve persons. We loved it. To be all together.🌺

Magnificent views

This large property had the ability to accommodate 8 adults and 6 small children well. Initially there were some problems with hot water supply to one bathroom, but they were resolved after contacting the owner. The prime issue we had was that the high temperature resulted in the pool becoming discoloured after 4/5 days and the maintenance was only planned for every 7 days. We took bikes for all adults and children but this villa is at the top of a steep hill. - Hence the great views over the bay!

Pluspunten: Geweldig uitzicht! Veel zon- en ook schaduwplekken. Heerlijk rustig. Uitgebreide informatie vooraf en vriendelijke eigenaar die snel reageerde om problemen op te lossen (o.a. een stroomstoring van 13 uur, waardoor het zwembad groen werd). Conciërge echtpaar aan de overkant was zeer sympathiek en behulpzaam. Klamboes bij de bedden; heel fijn!Minpunten: er is geen tv in de huiskamer, alleen boven in één van de slaapkamers. Jammer! Er zou er mooi eentje op de muur naast de haard kunnen hangen en dat is toch eigenlijk heel normaal! De trap naar beneden naar de voordeur was heel steil en na regen nat; er was daar geen railing en dat was eng afdalen. Keuken was verouderd, maar zal voor 2026 gerenoveerd worden. Geen professionele schoonmaak; elke huurder moet dit zelf doen maar daar is geen controle op… Wij vonden het niet zo schoon (doucheputje vol haren, veel kalkaanslag overal e.d.) en begonnen en eindigden met schoonmaken.
Minpunt: geen tv in de huiskamer!
Prachtig uitzicht!
Fijn zwembad dat helaas erg groen werd na een stroomstoring.

Lieu super mais…

La vue, la piscine, le balcon et la situation étaient excellents. Le propriétaire était très sympa. Cuisine bien équipée. Cependant nous avons trouvé que la maison a besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur, l’un des frigos était hors fonction, quelques chambres étaient trop petites, les marches peuvent poser des difficultés pour les personnes plus âges. Très étonnant et gênant - les draps et les serviettes n’étaient pas fournis.

ÉPOUSTOUFLANT !

Voici ce que nous nous exclamâmes lorsque nous découvrîmes la vue depuis la terrasse. Au-delà de cela, la maison peut accueillir sans peine 10 personnes d’une belle façon, et sa localisation est idéale, modulo la nécessité d’une voiture pour accéder à la plage la plus proche (10 minutes de voiture).

Séjour agréable au bord de la mer 😊

Très belle propriété qui surplombe la mer méditerranée... Vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine mais la plomberie et les équipements électriques sont vieillissants (grosses fuites d'eau et panne du lave vaisselle pendant notre séjour).

Nous avons eu une malheureuse panne de LV pendant le séjours et avons remplacé ce dernier dans la semaine par un équipement neuf Encore désolé pour cet inconvenu

Une vue exceptionnelle!

Grande maison avec environnement exterieur à couper le souffle. Intérieur adéquat mais aurait avantage à être complètement climatisé et muni de moustiquaire considérant les nombreux moustiques. Bonne communication rapide avec le proprietaire. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour à Carquieranne .

Une semaine dans un coin de paradis!

L'emplacement tout d'abord est la hauteur: au calme absolu dans une résidence surplombant la presqu'ile, une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse principale sur les iles, à quelques minutes des activités mer / nautisme, et du port de Hyères. Nous étions 4 familles, la villa est sur plusieurs niveaux, on ne se marche pas dessus et chacun bénéficie de son espace de vie. La villa est très bien équipée. Petit bémol cependant pour la chambre au niveau piscine, plafond bas, pas de climatisation : un vrai lit ainsi qu'une moustiquaire auraient été appréciés. Au final, les enfants comme les parents conserveront de ce séjour de supers souvenirs. Nous recommandons fortement ce bien à la location, de plus les propriétaires sont attentionnés et réactifs.

CADRE PAISIBLE ET MAGNIFIQUE

Si vous recherchez un petit coin de paradis c'est ici ! La terrasse offre une magnifique vue sur la presqu'ile de Giens et ses deux tombolos, en soirée les lumières tamisées de la terrasse et le reflet de la lune sur la mer nous ont baigné dans une ambiance exotique....... La maison dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse, les aménagements et équipements sont corrects. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
