The location of this place is what really makes it great. Convenient to Sao Bento, around the corner from Santa Caterina and the market, while still being close to BonFim for a more local feel. The apartment looks just like the pictures. There is a good amount of space for an in-town location and an especially large shower. All appliances were working. The only negative is the smell. It's very damp and really smells like their has been a leak. We ran the provided dehumidifying anytime where were there and it filled up quickly. You also get smells through the kitchen vent anytime anyone else is cooking in the building it seems.
