We are used to staying in the river lodge, but decided to splurge a little and rent a condo. This place was amazing, so much room, and still so close to the water park. Would highly recommend.

Water park!

The Wyndham never disappoints! Clean, spacious rooms, having a washer and dryer is a plus. The kids love the water park and the arcade, you don’t have to leave the resort.

Awesome Stay - Renovated Facility

This was a fantastic stay. The check in process literally took about 5 minutes, which was great because the kids were ready to hit the water park. The room had literally just been renovated and is really, really nice. Communication with the host was great as well. No issues and a fantastic room!

Amazing condo

I have stayed at this resort before but not in the larger condo. The condo was one of the nicest places I have stayed in in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely reboot this place when visiting again!

Everything was wonderful. We stayed in the Evergreen building and it’s a really short walk to the main building. The water park kept our children busy all day long. We will definitely return and we will definitely try to use Marian as our point of contact. She was quick to respond even while on vacation herself. Such a great stay!!

Great Communication! Great Check In Process! Great Accommodations for 5 people ! 15 minutes drive to downtown Pigeon Forge, we didn’t use all the fun amenities offered at the hotel because of Covid but everything looked fun for the family .

Vacation

Was very pleased with the condo and part. Everyone was very nice but was disappointed that they had our checkout day wrong. First told us we would have to move for one night but they would let us know either way which did not happen. They did though lock us out of the condo we were in. Had to go to check in which was a hassle. They never notified us of any of this. We got to stay in the same condo which was good but we should not have been locked out. I saw where no pets were allowed except service ones which I understand but the people one floor down had 2 white poodles which were on the deck a lot and they walked them to poop outside. Also saw where smoking was only allowed at certain places, the lady next to us smoked all the time on her deck, it was uncomfortable for me cause I have asthma and the wind was blowing it my way. Not sure why staff could not see the dogs or the smoking. Also saw people vaping at the indoor water park. All in all we had a good time. The worse was the mess up with the checkout days. I had my confirmation letter showing everything correct, I felt like it was not my mistake but I’m the one that had to do all the extra walking back and fourth from a locked out room to the desk. It should have been taken care of at check in when they realized someone did not do their job correctly. I did appreciate the upgrade to a 3 bedroom, I had asked for a three bedroom when I called but was told there were none. So thank you for that. TC
