Like the blank front and back pages of books, placed to protect the work itself, this villa was for years a refuge and protection for the soul of a Turinese lady, a lover of literature, art, flowers, and animals—until she passed away a few years ago, a century old. Today, the villa, restored to the most modern standards, preserves that soul and character intact, and is open to those who truly recognize and appreciate true beauty.

The Outdoors
On the Monte Vico hill, overlooking the marina, the villa enjoys one of the most beautiful views in all of Ischia. From the lush garden or the terrace, an aperitif at sunset—or the island's lights coming on at night—provides a truly magical setting.

The multi-level garden is a botanical triumph: centuries-old trees, cortaderias, strelitzias, lush bougainvillea, and giant succulents create an atmosphere reminiscent of an exotic garden. At the back, a warm thermal pool fed directly from the local spring welcomes guests year-round, and a fully equipped BBQ area is ready for those who love cooking al fresco.

The Interiors
If the exterior is enchanting, the entrance is breathtaking: hand-painted majolica tiles, precious ceramics, period furniture, refined fabrics, and carefully selected objects adorn every room. The villa features a double living room with a fireplace, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, a half bathroom, four double bedrooms, and four en suite bathrooms.

In Lacco Ameno, the smallest but most charming town on the island, the splendid San Montano Bay and the fine sandy beach of the same name overlook the Negombo Thermal Park, with over 500 Mediterranean and exotic plant species, a private beach, and 13 thermal pools. Also not to be missed are the Montevico trail, Villa Arbusto, the Santa Restituta Museum, and the Grotta di Mario.

Included in the stay: daily Mediterranean breakfast, daily housekeeping (Mon–Sat), weekly bed linen change, twice-weekly bath linen/towel change, daily maintenance of the spa pool and garden.

Upon request (for a fee): private chef, additional cleaning (€20/hour), in-villa massages and yoga, live music (piano/piano bar), car, raft, or boat rental.
