Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr gute und ruhige Lage, der unkomplizierte Check-in sowie der Fahrradverleih – alles hat hervorragend funktioniert.Das Haus war sauber, insbesondere der Wohn- und Essbereich machte einen gepflegten Eindruck.Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es bei den Matratzen, die teilweise alt und nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand sind. Schade fanden wir außerdem, dass bei einem Haus für acht Personen nur sechs Gartenstühle vorhanden waren. Auch der Grill war für die angegebene Personenzahl etwas zu klein.Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Fijn vakantiehuis dat op loopafstand van strand en drie! strandtenten ligt. Ruime opzet, rustig, leuke voorzieningen voor kinderen. Assortiment van de winkel mag wel wat ruimer met verse groenten, vis en vlees.

Tolle Unterkunft mit 4 Schlafzimmern in einer sehr idyllischen Anlage. Sehr schöner Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Haus mit Sauna, in der Anlage ein Schwimmbad inklusive zu nutzen. Anlage sehr hundefreundlich. Alles für einen perfekten entspannten Aufenthalt vorhanden.

Das Einzige das eine positive Wertung bekommt, ist die Lage und Entfernung zum Strand. Der Rest ist unterirdisch miserabel.Pro Hund werden zusätzlich 6 Euro fällig. Kotbeutel werden nicht aufgefüllt. Und wenn man sich im Park mit den Hunden bewegt, wird man angepöbelt und aus den umliegenden Häusern intensiv beobachtet, ob man auch das Geschäft seines Hundes wegräumt.Töpfe und Pfannen waren bei unserer Ankunft so schmutzig, dass wir selbst nachputzen mußten.In den Bädern, der Wanne und den Duschen sind Silberfische 5mm. Die Boxspringbetten sind keine echten, und lediglich mit dünnen Matratzenauflagen „aufgehübscht“. Schlafkomfort geht wirklich anders. In der Onlineansicht vom Dormio Resort findet man vergeblich Anleitungen für TV, Sauna, Sonnendusche, Mikro-/Kombi-Ofen, Heizungssteuerung usw. - das stimmt allerdings nicht.Das Foto stimmt definitiv nicht mit der tatsächlichen Lage des Hauses überein. Und parken neben dem Haus ist für diesen Haustyp nicht möglich. Die Wege zum Haus sind nicht beleuchtet. Und am Haupteingang befindet sich keine Außenleuchte - daher ist es fast unmöglich im Dunkeln das Schloß vom Haus zu finden. Und was leider nicht gezeigt wird auf den Fotos, ist, dass die Treppe zum 1.OG extrem steil ist und für große Leute sind die sehr schmalen Stufen ungeeignet. Das Risiko zu Stolpern oder zu Fallen mit schweren Verletzungen ist sehr hoch.Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr Komfort erwartet.Das war sehr enttäuschend.

Ruhiger Park fußläufig zum Meer

Das Haus war prima für eine große Familie konzipiert, man hatte alles, was man brauchte - sowohl im Haus, das etwas hellhörig war, aber das kennt man ja von dieser Art Ferienhaus, als auch von der Infrastruktur. Wir fahren nächstes Jahr wieder hin.
