Welcome to “The Garden,” a spacious, modern, and charming apartment in the Historic Centre, right across from Parco del Popolo and the Romolo Valli Municipal Theatre. From here, you can easily reach all the main squares and attractions in Reggio Emilia’s historic centre, such as the Duomo, the Basilica, the Chiostri di San Pietro, and the most famous shops and restaurants showcasing Reggio Emilia’s culinary traditions.

Although located in the historic centre, the apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and offers free parking.

“The Garden” is on a single floor and is laid out as follows:

- Upon entering the home, you are immediately greeted by a spacious entryway surrounded by greenery that separates the kitchen from the living room.

- Open-concept kitchen with a table that comfortably seats 6–8 people, equipped with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) and everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. You’ll also find an espresso machine with capsules provided.

- The living room is thoughtfully designed—thanks to a large, distinctive room divider—to bring all guests together for moments of relaxation while still offering all the comforts of a master bedroom with its own closet. There is also a smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Mediaset Infinity, Rai Play, and YouTube built in.

- 3 spacious double bedrooms equipped with large closets and smart TVs. All bedrooms feature bedside lamps with built-in USB ports for charging your smartphone. One of them is part of the living room (as described above), while another also features a small balcony.

- 1 full bathroom with a toilet, shower stall, washing machine, and dryer. In the bathroom, you’ll find shower gel/shampoo, hand soap, a hair dryer, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Guests will have access to free parking in the building’s courtyard for a maximum of one car.
