Beautiful house with everything we needed for a big family get together. Everything was very high spec, beds were super comfy, well-equipped kitchen and a selection of board games. Exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a wonderful short break at Walltree house. The house is beautiful and grounds lovely. Plenty of space for us all. Lovely to watch the planes take off and land and all the parachuters in the sky.

Large, comfortable house for a group of friends

We had a fantastic stay with plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog. The well equipped kitchen was very much appreciated, and the kids loved watching the skydivers. Easy check in and out, plus excellent customer service from Natalie and her team, who were kind enough to post a couple of items we had mistakenly left behind.

Great country home

Really great stay, lovely grounds. Almost felt like the living space was bigger than the number of rooms, so super spacious. Well equipped kitchen and very responsive hosts. Thank you!

Birthmas family stay

The house was fabulous and we all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lots of rooms and a few quirky that made our stay more interesting. Great garden to play in and got to watch free fall parachutes landing very near by. We would absolutely go back and feel very happy to recommend Walltree House.

A great family weekend away for a birthday celebration.

The house was a perfect setting to celebrate my 70 birthday with my family. My grandchildren loved running around the house and exploring the large gardens and surrounding land, including watching the airfield activity! All in all a fabulous weekend in a lovely country house ideally situated as a base for exploring the Countryside and the Cotswolds. Fully recommended.

Amazing place to stay

We had an amazing time, staying in this beautiful cared for holiday home. It was a delight. The whole place was full of character. The gardens were beautifully kept. The kitchen was well equipped. The lounge conservatory a lovely place to relax. With lovely weather we had most of breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the garden which was laid out with picnic benches. We just had a lovely time.

Amazing place!

We stayed with our family (and dog!) and had such a brilliant time! The house is amazing, so big and clean and perfect for a large family to spread out in! The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The bedrooms are all really big and decorated really nicely. Great grounds to roam around in and if the weather had been nicer it would have been a lovely addition to all be sit outside and enjoy the garden. I would definitely recommend this house!

Early Christmas Stay

Lovely old Victorian house in need of a little tlc at ground floor level (particularly the conservatory furniture). We had a small issue on arrival but it was dealt with almost immediately by the owner. None of this spoilt our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms on first floor were lovely, comfy beds and nice modern bathrooms. We had a lovely stay for an early family Christmas and the formal dining room was an amazing space.

Lovely big house with exceptional views

We had a lovely time staying at Walltree House. A big house where my 2 year old grandaughter loved playing hide and seek and running up and down the halls. Very comfortable and lovely grounds to walk around in. I did wish they had an enclosed part of the garden as we couldn't let the dog out on his own. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay with family and friends celebrating birthdays.

Beautiful house for a birthday weekend!’

The house looked good on the website but exceeded expectations. Very beautiful with lovely bedding, towels, toiletries etc. Heating was perfect, including open fires if wanted. We didn’t use the large dining room as there were only 8 of us, but did play the grand piano. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts, including leaving us a very welcome Victoria Sponge and tea! Will definitely return.

Wonderful long weekend

We picked to stay at Walltree house due to its proximity and accessibility for guests coming from different parts of the country. We celebrated an amazing family 21st birthday and the house was perfect. The guests were blown away. There was everything you could possibly need at the house which was immaculately clean. Communication during the booking and stay was exceptional. The house is well situated to explore the Cotswolds. My only criticism was that you couldn’t walk to a pub from the house, this would maybe possible in the summer. We had lots of open fires, drinks In the bar and lovely family meals.

Best place to be

The house really suited us . All the bedrooms were substantial and furnished beautifully, particularly the beds . They were sumptuous and made the house special. One bedroom is not quite up to those high standards and the bed and furnishings could easily be upgraded. Bathrooms all good. Outside is amazing for family gatherings. Lots of garden games and we played football on the field. We’d happily return next year. Thank you Natalie. I wonder if the tracker has turned up?
