Stylish Condo in Great Lcation

Owner helpful afternot getting email instructions for access ( email issue probably my ATT, messgaes worked) Unit clean and modern.Stairs down to basement unit could use a handrail to improne safety. Sofas uncomfortable, not in keeping with the high standars of the rest of the propety. I sent messgaes to the owner during and after our stay but recieved no responses

Unfortunately Bruce is incorrect, he received the check in instructions via email prior to his stay but due to his email settings they landed in his Junk Mail folder, I would imagine that the email responses he 'did not receive' will be in the same place as each email was responded to within 20 minutes (as per our policy). I feel that Bruce isn't too au fait with technology (demonstrated by the wording of his review) We agree that there needs to be a handrail installed and this is in the process or being arranged. The sofas are very comfortable (as mentioned by previous guests on other booking websites) but I suppose comfort is subjective. Kist Accommodates
