For shared use: natural state property 4'000 m2, meadow. In the house: washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 26 km, Alba 29 km, Turin 86 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
