Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento non pulito, prima hanno preso i soldi per le pulizie, dopo chekin mi chiamano che devono ancora venire a pulire e servono le chiavi ma siamo andati a Cavo e io non potuto tornare, allora abbiamo pulito noi la casa alla fine. Che vergogna...
