This home stands out for its character, architecture, and an atmosphere that is uncommon in the area, designed for guests seeking more than a standard place to stay.
Located in the upper part of a quiet residential area along the Maresme coast, it offers open views of the Mediterranean and an ideal setting for those who value calm, space, and homes with personality.
A place that invites you to slow down, enjoy natural light, and share special moments in an authentic and charming environment.
Living Areas
The daytime living space is designed as an open-plan area that integrates the living room and dining area, creating a pleasant sense of openness and flow, where light and the surrounding landscape accompany each moment of the day.
The dining area, surrounded by large arched windows with sea views, is one of the most distinctive spaces in the house. Its bright and highly photogenic atmosphere reflects clear influences of classic Mediterranean and Provençal style.
From this area, there is direct access to the terrace, set up for outdoor dining with open views of the Mediterranean. Nearby is the barbecue area, equipped with a Weber-style barbecue (not built-in), ideal for relaxed dinners and informal gatherings at sunset.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a bright terrace, perfect for quiet breakfasts accompanied by the sea breeze and views.
Bedrooms and Rest Areas
On the upper floor, the house offers a calm and restful atmosphere. There are four bedrooms on this level, all with double beds and air conditioning.
The main bedroom stands out for its panoramic sea views, creating an especially relaxing retreat.
Another bedroom offers side sea views and a ceiling fan, ideal for cooler nights.
On this same floor, there is a small auxiliary kitchen, perfect for making coffee in the morning or a light snack before bed, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub and sea views.
The spacious terrace on this level, with a chill-out area, invites you to unwind and enjoy the surroundings in complete tranquility.
A few steps higher, there is a zone with two bedrooms and shower bathrooms which, thanks to this change in level, feels like a more independent and private section of the house. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private terraces with open sea views.
The house also includes a multifunctional room, primarily designed as a home office, equipped with a desk and a sofa bed, which can comfortably be used as an additional guest bedroom.
Pool and Outdoor Areas
The house features a private rooftop swimming pool, offering open sea views and an enhanced sense of privacy.
From the end of March 2026, the pool will be fitted with a cover with a sliding central section, allowing the swimming season to be extended and the pool to be enjoyed beyond the summer months.
During April, May, September, and October/November, the pool water is gently heated, reaching approximately 23–24°C on cooler days, depending on weather conditions. We recommend confirming these details before booking.
Location and Access
The house is located in the upper part of a residential area. Access to the beaches and the seafront requires transportation; walking takes approximately 30 minutes and includes a steep uphill section, so the use of a car is recommended.
In Summary
This home does not aim to impress through excess, but to offer an authentic experience: a house with personality, Provençal and Mediterranean influences, privileged views, and a bright, peaceful atmosphere — ideal for those who appreciate spaces with soul.
