-all the spaces of the house, beach, parking, and private road, which is accessed with the supplied remote control.

-It’s important to know that in the Dominican Republic, you cannot drink tap water; therefore, in the apartment, you’ll find a cold water dispenser ready for use and a first bottle of water.
-In the Dominican Republic, you are not allowed to flush toilet paper or hair down the toilet due to plumbing issues. You will therefore find a designated container in the bathroom.
-Trash must be placed on the ground floor in the designated container located down the stairs on the left.
-It is important to know that in the Dominican Republic you cannot drink tap water, so in the apartment you will find 1 ready-to-use cold water dispenser.
-In the Dominican Republic, it is not allowed to flush toilet paper or hair down the toilet due to plumbing issues, so you will find a special container in the bathroom.
