This was our second stay at Rosie's cottage and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We appreciated the sole use of the garden. The cottage is ideally located close to the promenade, shops/restaurants, Lytham Hall, bus stops and the train station.

Beautifully done in a fabulous location that is in the middle of the city, but very quiet. Lytham has some great restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well as the vast sea shore. We were there to play golf in the area. It was very private even though attached to the owners house. There is a designated parking spot for the car. Beds were very comfortable. The unit is not large, but was perfect for 2. Rosie left us some nice treats and we would definitely stay again. Had a great Italian dinner at Farina and the local grocery store, Booths is fabulous!!!

This was one of the most beautiful cottages we have ever stayed in. Rosie was a wonderful host, checking in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and leaving us flowers and snacks, bread, butter etc on our arrival. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the garden beautiful. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough. Than you very much Rosie.

Excellent cottage

We moved from Japan to live in Lytham. We needed a place to stay temporarily before we move in a house. This property is at the center of Lytham and close to all kinds of businesses, grocery, restaurants, estate agents and so on. But still in nice and quiet area. The hosts of this property are super nice and kind. We had no troubles at all. And enjoyed our stay.
