Unique house, stylish decor, with garden.

This unique house is brand new to the market. Dog friendly with a secure modern garden, it is nestled in the charming area of Wigston, Leicestershire.
Styled in a blend of modern elegance and cosy comfort, it has been designed with a sleek colour scheme and stylish accessories that create an exciting and functional atmosphere.
An open plan kitchen lounge and mezzanine bedroom, a sofabed for 2 extra guests.
The space
Here are some extra details we’d like to share.
We have provided a clean and attractive garden which is south facing.
Our WIFI is fast and free.
In the kitchen, you’ll find an oven, hob and, Nespresso coffee machine, Air Fryer, Fridge and Freezer and Washing Machine.
In the lounge (which is open plan with the kitchen), a new fireplace and double storey cladded chimney breast provides the unique decor and warm ambiance. We have also stocked up on puzzles, books, board games and jigsaws.
Upstairs you’ll find the newly renovated mezzanine master bedroom, with designer lighting and fabrics, with amble storage space and mirrors too.
There’s free on road parking as well.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property itself was excellent, clean, well equipped. Couldn't sort the TV to receive the standard programmes. more e3xplicit info would be helpful for this. loved the grassy area for the dogs nearby. We had to park on next door neighbours patch, but he was very good about this. we weren't expecting it to be such a built up area. Giving post codes will help as we were 15 miles from our competition venue. On the whole 8 out of 10. Thank you.

Small but perfectly formed

This was a lovely little house. Very nicely decorated, very clean, great facilities and the host has done everything that they can to make you feel welcome. I didn’t know I wanted the hot chocolate but it was very welcome at the end of the day 😃
