A warm and friendly welcome awaits at this snugly charming property which was pristinely clean, well appointed and has the added bonus of a fabulous sea view.Carol was exeedingly kind and helpful both during and before our stay. The location & excellent public transport service by bus and train to Lewes perfectly suited our annual trip to Glyndebourne which also merited a 5* review!

A beautiful stay, not far from Brighton with regular buses. Gorgeous view of the sea and pretty cliff side walks around as well as places to swim. Hosts are so helpful and kind!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in fact this is our go to whenever we are visiting the area. The owners are so friendly and helpful and the property is like a home away from home. The views are spectacular and location is perfect. Would recommend 10/10. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very easy to find, and the location was absolutely perfect. The views from the windows were stunning and made our stay even more special. The host was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! It was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Carol was so welcoming, communicative throughout our stay, and provided excellent local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Carol was there to provide a warm welcome. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and well-equipped. It was a pleasure to have the sea view and parking. Food shops are within easy walking distance.

We had the most perfect stay here! Carol and Simon were so welcoming and friendly and provided us with some local recommendations during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our trip. We had perfect weather the whole time and the view from the window was breathtaking. Would highly recommended and will hopefully return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Carol and Simon’s beach house, Since the moment we were greeted by our friendly hosts, we could see the love and dedication put through in making sure we all have a great time. Carol was in every detail , in particular for us travelling with a 2 years old ! It is a gorgeous apartment with an instant feeling of relaxation and the sounds and view of the waves from your balcony . We loved it, thank you!!!

I would give everything 6 stars if I could. The unit was peaceful and idyllic.It was warm even though it was very cold outside.The views were beautiful.The sofa bed was comfortable and the main bed was perfect.The hosts were very friendly and kind.
