Luxury 4-person holiday home in a charming village with all amenities. Access to a large, sunny garden with many fruit trees, ornamental plants, and flowers. Located on the mountain bordering the Rio Zêzere, the famous Cabril Dam, and the popular river beaches.<br><br>The house is 78 m2 and consists of a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and an office with two dedicated workspaces.<br><br>Peace, nature, hiking, fishing, adventure, breathtaking views, or sun and river beaches—you’ll find it all here!<br><br><br>General<br><br>The accommodation is suitable for four people (plus a baby) and is fully equipped. The house is 78 m², consisting of a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, an office with two workspaces, and a beautiful garden with a view of the village. If you’re travelling with small children, we can provide an extra baby cot and high chair in your accommodation free of charge. For a small fee, you can also use a high-quality “Mountain Buggy” for the entire holiday. For our guests with pets, we’ve provided drinking and feeding bowls, a dog bed, and a blanket for the couch.<br><br>Your cottage comes equipped with 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person, as well as clean, made-up bed linens. Extra pillows are available.<br><br>For your comfort, air conditioning is available in the living room and in every bedroom. There is a stable 100 Mbps Starlink Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and the garden. <br><br>There are public parking spaces in front of your cottage.<br><br><br>Living Room<br><br>The living room is equipped with air conditioning and features a comfortable lounge sofa with a chaise longue, a Panasonic HD TV with Google TV, and a Kenwood stereo system. There is no cable TV connection, but you have free access to the HBO Max, Disney, Prime, and RTP (Portuguese TV) apps, and you can log in to almost any streaming service you can think of. The available streaming services may change over time. You can also cast content from any device via Wi-Fi to Google TV, allowing you to watch any channel you have access to. The TV has an extra HDMI cable connected to it so you can easily connect your computer. The stereo is a high-quality Kenwood system, which you can connect to your device via Bluetooth, USB, or a standard audio cable. The dining table is next to the window and has enough space for four people and a high chair for a baby. You’ll find an extra HDMI cable in the TV cabinet.<br><br><br>Master Bedroom<br><br>The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200) with a high-quality mattress, which is made upon arrival. We’ve chosen an intimate and luxurious theme. There’s plenty of storage space, including a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and drawers under the bed. The room can be darkened by closing the shutters and/or curtains. There is also space for a cot, which we can provide free of charge during your stay if you’re holidaying with a baby.<br><br><br>Bedroom | Children’s Room<br><br>The second bedroom features a bunk bed, is ideal for children, and is equipped with two comfortable mattresses. There are toys available, such as Duplo and a wooden train track, as well as (family) games and books to read. The room can be darkened by closing the shutters and/or the curtains and features a space-themed decor that glows in the dark.
