Charming 100' sqm apartment. It includes the entire top floor of the villa. The location is very quiet and is only 60 meters from the beach.
It is composed of 2 independent bedrooms, large living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower. It is equipped with every comfort: heating, air conditioning, smart TV with satellite TV and Netflix, wi-fi.
The terrace is equipped with a table with chairs and a suspended swing. From it you can enjoy a magnificent view of the garden with flowers, citrus fruits and tropical plants.
In a few minutes you can reach the Saracen village of Varigotti, the Malpasso beach, the Saraceni bay and many other places to visit
