This house was perfect for our family of four and can accommodate more people. It is cozy, clean, and right in the forest for an unforgettable experience! There is a grocery store nearby and Don Luis restaurant next door to the grocery store had amazing pizza to go. We enjoyed having meals at the house. Very close to Monteverde, which we highly recommend visiting (national park).

Really nice cabin in a great location. The parking is a bit of a walk from the house, but you can stop at the entrance to unload luggage. Plenty of windows to watch for wildlife and very comfortable beds.

House was close to everything and clean. It was a little difficult to find at first. Took the owner’s advice and ate Tramonti. Enjoyed that for dinners and Stella’s for breakfast.

The house, the location, the host were all amazing! We loved all the extra blankets as it got cold at night while we were there and they were extra cozy. The host was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Directions were clear and the location was great! Thank you!

The house was clean and cozy, just the right size for 4 of us. It is conveniently located to the Cloud Preserve, but note that because it is right on the access road, there is a constant flow of noisy shuttle buses and motorcycles going back and forth. We were excited for the banana bread that I'd read about in previous reviews, but there was none, sadly.

Relaxing stay in Monteverde.

We had a great stay at Casa Ira Rosa. The host was very helpful and responsive and check-in went smoothly. Perfect spot for a family to stay. Close to all the activities but with a safe and secluded feel. Couldn't ask for more.

It was a 15 minute walk to the park. The lodging was very unique. As the reviews said, it does get cold in the evening. We weren’t prepared for the feeling of dampness. So cool to be surrounded by all the trees. We saw a few birds and a coati while there.

Well organized, excellent and clear communication from host. The home was wonderfully located near the National Park and private. Fully equipped kitchen, nice ambience in the home with artsy touches. Driveway to park a little harrowing in the rain but doable and secure.

Perfect little place in the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay. Felt tucked right into the cloud forest. Was so nice being able to just walk up the hill to explore the Monteverde park. The fresh banana bread was such a treat. Would stay here again for sure.
