At Duplex V CENTENARIO Rota you will have everything you need to have the most pleasant stay.

Located in Rota (Cádiz), on the Northwest coast of the Cadiz province, just five minutes walk from the wonderful La Costilla beach and surrounded by a multitude of excellent restaurants and tourist and beach services that guarantee the best vacations possible.

As soon as you enter the house you will feel at home thanks to its warm decoration and family layout as it has a living room, sofa and TV, kitchen equipped with induction, microwave, complete crockery, glassware and cutlery as well as all kitchen utensils. that you need to prepare the best dishes for you and yours; room with a very comfortable double bed; room with bunk bed with two single beds and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. In addition, it has air conditioning in the living room and two portable heaters and free WiFi connection.

Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made. In the house you will also find a clothes iron.

🆔📄Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m. check the conditions with the host before your arrival.
