Nice property, nice staff, nice DM… nice night security guy. Only thing within walking distance is a gas station, just keep that in mind if your debating cabs and rental car.

Thank you Tyson for staying and diving with us with your son! We are glad you had a nice time at our property! Just to note, the "gas" station is a convenient store with a Honduran cafe that serves great Honduran dishes, you can also pick up basics such as milk, bread, snacks, some meats & cheeses. We also have a great restaurant on property, Maz-Kai. We have several great eateries within 5 minutes of us and taxi's are easy to grab from our place or we have a wonderful company we use for rental vehicles, she will bring the car directly to you at our place.

Fun place
Fun place, beach bonfires sometimes.
Staff was excellent and were always around to make sure we had what we needed.
Jeanette, Maria, and Emile especially were very friendly.
The diving staff was great also but I would check prices. They charged a hefty surcharge for bad weather days. I stopped diving with them after realizing they are the only ones that charge this. I checked with several shops.
Otherwise- a lot of fun and the Salty Mango had good food.

Thank you for your review Kim! We enjoyed having Kim & Stephanie stay with us. We are happy you enjoyed our restaurant and had some great food & drinks! And it is great to see our staff treated you well!
We really hate it when our diving guests have to endure bad weather but the show must go on. When we have bad weather/rough seas on our North Shore we offer our diving guests the opportunity to dive on the South side. The fee you are referring to is not a "surcharge" it is a "transportation fee" to take our guests to the South side to continue their dive vacation. This is not an automatic charge, it is a choice of our guests; they can go or they can decline. A transportation company is hired to accommodate any guests that would like to continue diving during this bad weather and We are very thankful we only have to make this shore change a couple of weeks every year.
Again, thank you for staying with us and we enjoyed having you both!
