About this property

Little Wick, an 18th century cottage on the outskirts of the village of Lacock.

Little Wick is a gorgeous farm cottage based in the rural and peaceful surroundings of the Wiltshire countryside. Tucked away on an old dairy farm offering peace, tranquility and space but within minutes of all the amenities you may need.

The village centre is a 3-5 minute drive or a gentle 20 minute walk and you will find a variety of pubs and independent shops all within a mile of the cottage.

Little Wick is attached to the main farmhouse but has it's own private entrance and large garden. With 3 bedrooms offering accommodation for 6 people the whole cottage has been newly renovated offering a new fully fitted kitchen, family bathroom and downstairs WC. The lounge is a cosy retreat with a log burner and double doors that open onto the patio and views over the private, fully fenced garden.

The beautiful village of Lacock is thought to be one of the prettiest in England and is a must see. The city of Bath is within 10 miles and the Cotswolds, Mendip Hills, Stonehenge and Bristol, Oxford and Stonehenge are all within 1 hours drive. Chippenham train station is within 10 minutes of the cottage and you can be in London within 1hr 30mins.

Wonderful Peaceful Stay
A beautiful property in a quiet area. We loved the fact that it was so peaceful and the garden out the front was perfect in the sunshine. A welcome break from the city. The property was spotless and well presented with a fantatsic welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Really great to have kid friendly things in the kitchen too. There are many pubs nearby, which are a drive away, but we were happy to do so and used the recommendations. Communication was brilliant and very friendly. Would love to visit again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
