Just 5 minutes from Matadero and Madrid Rio Park, you can enjoy a stay in the capital in a loft designed for comfortable relaxation and/or work.

This loft features a lower level with a kitchen, dining/work table, bathroom (with shower, toilet, and bathroom), and a living area with a TV.

The upper level has a double bed and bunk beds.

IMPORTANT: There is one double bed; the rest of the guests will sleep in bunk beds.

For your convenience, check-in and check-out are handled via a smart lock; in other words, once you’ve booked the accommodation, you’ll receive instructions on how to gain access. In any case, you can call me if you have any issues, or request my assistance if needed.

The apartment has a 600MB fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection, ideal for working. It’s a quiet area.
