Gorgeous place!

A very nice place! Very clean, comfortably fit 3 of us. I do wish the checkout was 11am instead of 10am but other than that a lovely stay!

Great spot with tons to do nearby

Check in process was quick and easy. The location of the apartment is fantastic and was in a clean condition. I would recommend anyone to stay here as the communication with the host was always prompt. 10/10 experience

Great place for a night or 2. Awesome location, 15 mins walking to both Colosseum and Trevi, Termini station too. AC was good. WiFi only works in living room and kitchen. Excellent, quick communication for when we had a mishap with the door 🙃

Spacious property and well situated. Please note that there is a washer in the photo, but it is not in the description and not available to use. Otherwise, we had all the amenities that we needed.

The apartment itself was in a decent location and was fine. I was told leading up to check in that I could drop off my luggage early and that i would be contacted the morning of. I was not contacted and waited outside the apartment for over an hour trying to get in touch with someone.

We had a really great stay at this VRBO! The beds were super comfortable, including the pull-out couch, which was honestly the comfiest one I’ve ever slept on. For the price, this place was amazing value. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking, and there were plenty of towels for our needs.A couple of notes for future guests: the washer shown in the photos isn’t available for guest use, but it wasn’t a problem since there are lots of laundry places nearby. Also, the apartment is up one flight of stairs with no elevator, which is not a dealbreaker, but something I wish I had known ahead of time.One thing I really appreciated was being able to drop off my luggage before check-in so I could start exploring Rome right away. The location is fantastic and walking distance to the train, the Colosseum, public transit, and tons of great attractions. Overall, super central and a wonderful stay. I’d happily book again!

Avoid this property. The outstanding property issues appear to be longstanding and the management is uninterested in correcting them. The metal lock strike in the door at the street entrance has been filed away to allow unimpeded access to anyone who wants to access the building - a serious safety hazard for all. The communicated lockbox code was incorrect although the code worked on the vandalized lockbox sitting on the window sill - nobody updated the check in information when that incident transpired. The drain in the bidet was disconnected from its lifting mechanism leaving the drain in the plugged state and required lifting by hand AFTER use. Basic maintenance issues ignored!The whole apartment is a low-effort attempt in a beautiful city. Look elsewhere.

La localisation de cet appartement était parfait! À deux pas des restaurants, épiceries, boutiques, transport en commun et autres commodités. À proximité du Colisée, dans un quartier historique et branché. L'appartement est rustique et manque un peu de luminosité mais inclus tout ce dont on a besoin pour un court séjour pour une famille de 4. Je le recommande pour sa localisation et son rapport qualité/prix.

Sehr tolle Lage, Kolosseum in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar! Man findet alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, Supermarkt, Bahnhof, Restaurant und Cafés. Bus und Metro Station auch alles Fussnah! Empfehle wir gerne weiter!
