Ideally located in the centre of the triangle Moraira, Benissa, Calpe. At 2 km from the sea and its famous Cala Baladrar and at 5 min drive from the Golf de Ifach in San Jaime. Moraira can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car as can the old town of Benissa village. The beautiful sandy beach La Fossa in Calpe is also about 15 minutes drive away.The property is well maintained and divided into 3 separate floors, each with its own access and nice views to the Mediterranean Sea. Each floor has its own living room and fully fitted kitchen. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As well as the middle floor. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
