It says there’s access to a washing machein which was the reason we booked as it was a month long stay but it was broken the entire month we stayed. We had the attic room and it had no blind on there for the first two weeks as one had to be ordered in so we got woken up by light ever day. The room is run down and needs holes in the walls fixing and just a general revamp. I’m not thrilled with how much we paid given these issues but if not for those i would probably be happy paying a little less than what it is but as a stay it’s generally fine. The 24/7 phone service is good in theory but it’s outsourced so the people on the phone don’t understand a lot of what you are saying. We were told that every day linens would be available so we could have the bed changed every day but when we tried to get new ones it took longer than that.
