The house is perfect for families or small groups of friends which sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. Comparing the cost to 2-3 hotel rooms, this is a great deal. Especially when you consider all of the added space and amenities.

Privacy -
While on vacation you want to focus on your family and not be disturbed by neighbors. Our farmhouse is on 12 acres surrounded by a neighboring apple orchard to the south, our farm field to the North, our cherry orchard to the East and our large front yard to the West . Both the front and back yard are not fenced.
The view behind the house is gorgeous, rolling hills and farmland. If your lucky you can experience the blossoming cherry and apple trees in the spring. Sunset over the pines in the front yard can be beautiful.

Pentwater (2.5 Miles) Bordered by Pentwater lake and Lake Michigan. 2 Public beaches, shopping / antiquing, restaurants, a winery, several bars, ice cream/candy shops, kids theater, hiking trails, farmers markets, weekly live music and a petting zoo.

Silver Lake ( 7 miles) Best known for it's huge dunes and 4 wheel trails. Dune buggy and 4x4 rentals, water sports with boat and wave runner rental, Go carts, mini golf, shopping and antiquing, restaurants, winery, ice cream/candyshops, State park.

Ludington - (15 miles) Huge beach and State Park, boat and wave runner rental, Go carts, mini golf, farmers market, shopping, restaurants, ice cream/candyshops, breweries, bars and restaurants, kids museum, antiquing, and closest big city.

Hart ( 3 miles)

Whether it's in our 3 season enclosed front porch, the patio with fire table overlooking the spacious back yard with a larger fire pit, or "The Foundation" with our 2nd fire pit on the lower portion of the property, you have plenty of room to gather with family and friends.

New in 2020-
We built a large bar area next to the "Foundation" on the lower portion of our property with a dart board area and Chimnea Pizza oven. We also added a Cornhole "Bags" game and Washer toss " Bullseye" game.
On our 3-season front porch we added a home theater for night time family movies or great for a rainy day. We have a small library of DVDs but your welcome to bring your own favorites. We also added a giant rotating Scrabble game for more family fun.

Full kitchen, stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, 50 " Roku Smart TV, DVD player, WIFI, Outdoor speakers, hair dryer, and Central air/heat.

Our 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored and refinished – keeping its rustic appeal while offering all of today’s modern conveniences.
The large open kitchen flows into the spacious dining room and family room, which makes it a great treat to spend time preparing and enjoying meals together. The master bedroom has ample closet space and a wonderful view of the picturesque back area of the property. The 2 bedrooms located upstairs are super comfy and also have plenty of closet space and awesome views!
Our property is wonderfully secluded on 11.5 acres and surrounded by cornfields to the North and cherry and apple orchards to the East and South. Our spacious screened in front porch allows this all to be enjoyed year round or on those rainy days.

Our property consists of 2 parcels of land. The upper parcel consists of the main House, outdoor patio, fire pit, and large front and back yard.
The lower parcel consists of a 31' RV trailer with deck, that sleeps 4 comfortably, large yard, the outdoor bar, and "The Foundation".
The outdoor bar and foundation will be community/ shared space.

one is located on the northwest corner of the property with a view of the parking area, another is on the northeast side of the property with a view of the back door/yard, and one on the out building on the lower part of the property near the outdoor bar.
