We really enjoyed staying here it, bed were comfortable and rooms were clean and functional and it has been finished to a high standard. Location also perfect, we could park outside for free on the street parking as we always arrived back after 6pm and left in the morning before 10am .so worked a treat
Very happy with apartment and location in town centre. Could do with some serving dishes in the kitchen. Management especially good, very good communications.
Accommodation was very clean bright and accurately reflected the photos. The beds were also comfortable. The only downside was it was uncomfortably too hot as no air conditioning and it was a particularly hot weekend but there was a fan in the larger of the 2 rooms. The local area has plenty of cafes, restaurants and takeaways within close proximity and there is on street parking restricted to 2 hours between 10am to 6pm only so fine for overnight.

Very poorly advertised. There was no kitchen, unless you classify a kettle and microwave as a kitchen. No way could a family stay here the second room is a closet at best. We were so disappointed we left a day early. The washing machines are outside downstairs. The keypads to get into the room are so tiny and you have to do kalisthenics to bend down honestly it looks lovely from the outside and if it was marketed as it truly is there wouldn’t have been a problem. I would’ve looked elsewhere. Seriously need to stop using extra wide angle photography to fool people into believing it is bigger than it is. We booked and paid beforehand from Australia so once we arrived there was no ability to refund and move elsewhere.
Picked this place as have a little one, a year old. Makes life easier in a self contained place, rather then a hotel or bnb. Easy check in. The instructions given was very good, and clear communication. Very clean. Handy having a fridge, microwave and utensils. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Parking was good. Outside the place. It is restricted with times, 6pm to 8am allowed to park, but you have a two hour grace, so technically you could park at 4pm till 10am. Everything is near by, shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is not far and the creative quarters. I would definitely stay again.
In a great central location, plenty shops, places to eat, pubs all around and very quick walk to the coast which was beautiful, didn’t realise Folkestone was so nice! Outside building looked very nice, access lobby area clean and inviting. Great shower! (good water pressure!)Apartment was compact but had everything needed. Was a hot weekend so needed to open the windows overnight, could hear people enjoying themselves which wasn’t a problem for us. Some parts of the apartment were tired but that’s expected in an old building that’s rented out. I’d definitely use this 2 bedroom apartment again. Thanks for a really nice stay
