This house is monitored by an exterior video security system to ensure the security of the home and safety of its guests and neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events allowed and no inside smoking.

Updated, spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with mature shade trees. The home is centrally located in Edmond so you are just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Mitch Park and the YMCA, Barnett Field Splash Pad, UCO campus, Downtown Edmond and still an easy 25 minute drive to Downtown OKC.

During your stay, you can spread out and relax on a new sofa and loveseat and enjoy a 55 inch, 4K flat screen TV with access to Netflix, wiifi and Internet TV. The kitchen nook has a 4-seat table and the formal dining features a beautiful farmhouse table that can seat 8 people comfortably. The master suite offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress, microfiber sheets and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom includes double sinks, a separate tub and shower and a big walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and the third has a fun, twin-over-full sized bunk bed that can comfortably sleep 3 guests. The second living room is stocked with board games, a large sleeper sofa, and a couple of chairs that create an area away from the TV for some fun, quality family time! Enjoy the mature trees and quiet fenced in backyard with outdoor seating and gas grill with propane provided.

We want you to enjoy your stay, so all our beds have microfiber sheets, a variety of pillows, and extra blankets. A pack n play and booster highchair are available for those traveling with small children. A storm shelter is located in the garage so you can relax during your stay no matter what the weather is doing outside.

Only people on guest count can stay overnight. There is a step down in the living room, please be aware and make your guests aware. Parking allowed in garage and driveway. Please limit the number of cars parked in the street and utilize the garage and driveway which easily accommodates four vehicles. We ask you are respectful to the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Beautiful home! Comfortable bed. I got the Master room with the AMAZING SHOWER. If you are hot natured bring your fans. Each room has ceiling fans and are great but with this 110* temps and the beautiful tall ceilings it took a day for it to cool down enough for a HOT flashing 62 yr old woman!!! Its close ALOT of good places to eat and not just fast good. Less than 25 min to the Lazy E which is why we booked. We all ate out so didnt use anything kitchen wise but the fridge, but the kitchen has had everything you would need! Even a first aide kit. Shampoo Conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms-and the GOOD STUFF!! We will for sure stay here each time we go to the lazy e!! Thank you for having us

House was very spacious and clean as advertised. Towels and beds are older and well used. The hide a bed couch cushions are worn and couch is not comfortable to sit on at all. Over all, the house is in good condition and fit our family well, property management was responsive and accomodated any requests I had. We would stay again if needing space for a big group!

Everything was great (except the Ovaltine in the coffee bar--the grandkids hated that! haha). Seriously, though, the host was easy to work with, check-in happened without any effort on our part other than to open an email (or was it a text?) that had the door unlock code and instructions (which was great because we had people coming from all over the country, all arriving at different times), the house was clean and quiet, check out was simple--pack, clean and leave (we got out 20 minutes late--dang kids sleeping in! haha). Next time we need a VRBO near our kids in Edmond, this will be the one. Highly recommend it!
