The cottage is approximately 80 square meters, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine, a kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, and lovely open living areas. The property also includes a guest cottage with a double bed and a small patio.

From the living/dining area, you step out onto the large patio, which gets sun from morning to evening. There’s a propane grill and seating for eight diners. The property is child-friendly, featuring a playhouse, a swing set, a small soccer goal, and a trampoline.

The cottage is located just 250 meters from the community’s shared area, which features a large, heated 25-meter pool as well as a smaller children’s pool. There is also a soccer field and a tennis court that can be reserved free of charge. You’re close to several other great swimming spots, including Lötaviken—with beautiful evening sun—about 1 kilometer away. The popular Åkeröbadet is within walking distance (2.5 km) and offers fantastic evening sun.

The property is just 15 minutes from the beautiful town center of Norrtälje and 1 hour from central Stockholm.

You’ll find grocery stores at Vreta Handel or ICA-Gräddö, about 6 kilometers away. Gräddö also has a popular ice cream stand on the pier down at the marina, where you can enjoy the lovely afternoon sun. From here, you’re close to beautiful nature; the Riddersholm Nature Reserve isn’t too far away (5 km), where you’ll find lovely walking trails and outstanding natural scenery.
