Completely renovated with unique views of the sea, mountains, and castle, glass floors, wood beams, stone walls, a sunny terrace, and all the comforts of home. Located right on Arma Plaza in Hondarribia.

Within walking distance of restaurants and attractions, including the beach, Plaza Gipuzkoa, San Pedro Kalea, the port, and the Church of Santa María. Ideally located for exploring San Sebastián, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, Hendaye, Bayonne, and much more.

A unique opportunity to stay in a private and historic property that has been modernised to create a cosy and comfortable space. The perfect place to enjoy life!

Layout: Private street entrance on Arma Plaza. The ground floor features an utility area with an entryway, closets, a mudroom shower, and a laundry space. Level 1 includes a living room, a half-bath, and a full kitchen with dining area. Level 2 features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Level 3 is a lounge area with a pull-out couch and a full bathroom, plus a terrace offering views of Hondarribia and the mountains. Levels 1 and 2 offer sweeping views of the sea and Arma Plaza.

Parking: You can unload and load luggage directly in front of the house. It is a protected area, so there is public parking (on the street and in lots) within a 5- to 10-minute walk. We’ll send you information about the best places to park upon booking. There is an outdoor lift down the street that takes you to street level and the public parking area.

Brilliant short stay in a very cool location

This house really has a "wow factor" with it's incredible location, it's in quite an amazing position overlooking Arma Plaza in the old town. Inside very comfortable with everything you might need for your stay. The hosts were fantastic with communicating about how to get there, guidance on various things including local parking and recommendations for some great places to eat/visit. Recommend a short boat trip over to the beach at Hendaye. Overall, a very memorable visit to a lovely corner of Basque country and would definitely recommend booking this house if available, its a brilliant base to explore from, and with picture-postcard looks to match!

Emplacement exceptionnel

Logement très agréable en famille avec vue sur la mer, notamment depuis le salon. Reparti sur plusieurs étages, nous n’étions pas les uns sur les autres. Il bénéficie du charme de l’ancien mais du confort d’un logement qui a été complètement rénové. Idéalement situé, au cœur du quartier historique, à proximité du quartier de la marina et de tous ses bars à pintxos (tapas), du bateau qui relie Hendaye et d’un grand supermarché. Seul l’accès le premier jour dans ce quartier piéton, nécessite d’enregistrer sa voiture pour le faire mais la propriétaire explique comment faire.
