Our strong point is definitely the location, to which we add the beautiful garden and the private access to the beach, which will allow you to go out directly in your bathing suit and flip-flops, without having to walk in the sun or even take the car.

The apartment is in a strategic location in the house, which makes it very cool without the use of air conditioning; by the same token, you won't hear the noise of cars or horns, despite the fact that the house is on the street.

In case your vacation is full of places to visit and you plan to stay only for the night, imagine yourself at the beach at the end of the day with a glass of wine and the sound of waves. In case, on the other hand, you're looking for relaxation, you can imagine a nice breakfast in the garden and then spending all day sunbathing on the sun loungers you will have.

The location of our apartment is one of the best, convenience stores, restaurants, bank, post office, pharmacy, library, church and many other services are 100 meters away from us. Of course, the bus stop and the pier to take the boat are very close!
