This newly constructed property is the home of four individual town homes, each with it's own private patio and outdoor living area. This home is situated just steps away from the Harbour Island Marina and two minutes away from the world famous Pink Sands Beach. Combining the flare of island charm and modern features, this home has been tastefully decorated while providing the comfort of your own home. Some of the features include Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Surround System, Central Air Conditioning, Back Up Generator, Outdoor Entertaining Space including a grill for family social gatherings and a shared pool.
