Waterfront Villa Near Groningen

This comfortable detached holiday home is on the waterfront in Waterpark De Bloemert, an expansive holiday park on the Zuidlaardermeer. It lies just within the province of Drenthe, 3 km from the village of Zuidlaren and close to nature reserves such as Drentsche Aa National Park and Geopark De Hondsrug. The vibrant city centre of Groningen is 18 km away.

The holiday home is situated on the waterfront of the holiday park. Comfortably furnished and fully appointed, it is set over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with TV and an open-plan kitchen with, among other things, a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. A storage room with washing machine and dryer makes it complete. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, two of which have two single box-spring beds each. In one bedroom, the beds are set up as a double. The third bedroom features a bunk bed. A cot, high chair and stair gate are provided as standard. The holiday home has a few steps in addition to the stairs.

Outside you have a garden with a terrace on the waterfront with garden furniture and a jetty. There is parking for two cars right beside the holiday home. Central parking spaces are also available at the holiday park.

At the Waterpark de Bloemert holiday park, various types of holiday homes and chalets for two to twelve people can be reserved. Some types have a sauna and/or private indoor swimming pool.
