Disappointing

We had booked for 8 days for a good price. For us as a family, that seemed reasonable. The property was hard to find and is in the middle of nowhere. The woman doesn't speak English and communication was very difficult. As soon as we arrived, the lady complained and said it was a mistake and we should be so nice and pay double. We then realized that this was not the service and agreed to leave and look for somewhere else. The lady wanted the bank details and to refund us the money we had overpaid. But it has never arrived to this day. On June 16, she suddenly changed the booking to only 4 nights.
