L'annonce mentionné NEUF pourtant les sofas étaient tachés, les oreilles vieux et en motons. Une odeur pas agréable en générale. Appartement bien placé pour faire la fête mais pas pour une famille ou quelqu'un qui veut bien dormir le soir. Beaucoup de bruits à cause des bars et resto a côté.
