Step into our Topaz Chalet, a blend of vintage luxury and modern amenities. Our brand new residence is a testament to fine living, featuring four serene bedrooms ensuring restful slumbers, and three opulent bathrooms for relaxation. Designed to host up to 10 guests and one infant, our home is a sanctuary for fun and good times with TVs in almost every room and a jacuzzi in the backyard. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown, you're also on the doorstep of Busch Gardens.

My reservation for this property was canceled by the host the same day of arrival at 9pm after everything was confirmed earlier that day via chat and phone call. I received a message on the VRBO app “Reservation cancelled GUEST_MINIMUM_AGEWe have spent hours trying to get an answer as to the meaning of this and have not received any response from the host.

This was a complete scam. The address given was not correct. The host says that is was now not safe for a child. It took VRBO an hour to determine that this accommodation was unavailable. They then transferred us to get a refund and was disconnected. We had the find another accommodation on our own. Traveled from Colorado with a 2 1/2 year old.

Terrible! The house was listed on Vrbo site without it being available! My money was taken out of my account and then I was messaged the next day telling me the house wasn’t available due to a busted pipe! When ask for a refund they told me it would take 5 to 10 business days depending on my bank! This is bad business

Needs improvement

We had several concerns that detracted from our experience. We would like to bring the following issues to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed to prevent similar issues for future guests. Communication was inefficient, and I had to wait more than 48 hours to receive a response to my inquiries. Rental description did not mention the property's house set up, particularly with regards to the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom being outside the main house.The property's location and surroundings raised safety concerns for us, and the overall cleanliness of the house fell short of expectations. The toilets, in particular, were not properly cleaned, and the shower door required attention. The exterior of the property had overgrown lawn and accumulated garbage. Furthermore, I encountered several maintenance issues, such as a broken wall, dirty cup, broken mug, unevenly hung closet door, loose towel rack, and a torn blind in the 2nd bathroom. The description of the property stated a Keurig coffee maker, but upon arrival, I found a regular coffee maker without coffee filters. Additionally, housekeeping issues were prevalent, including stains on the white towels and evidence of cockroaches on the dining floor. Pillows were missing from the living room couch, and the bed sheet on the pull-out couch had an unpleasant odor, suggesting it had not been washed. Also the additional fee for hot tub use not mentioned in the property description.
