The Residence Felicioni Alba Adriatica is located right in the heart of Alba Adriatica, just a short walk from the beach and the high street. Apartment 6 is on the ground floor, accessible by stairs. Upon entering the one-bedroom apartment, you’ll find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring dishes, cookware, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and an induction cooktop, as well as a TV area and a sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a closet; the apartment is completed by a bathroom with a shower stall. The golden-sand beach is just 50 metres from the Residence. The residence offers free Wi-Fi; the apartment does not have a balcony, is air-conditioned, and includes a dedicated parking space. Additionally, for your convenience, an initial supply of bed linens and towels is provided upon arrival.
