First floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 2 X twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. House has Central Heating and Air Conditioning. Balconies upstairs and a large terrace off the lounge/ dining area. This property is on a small complex of 12 similar villas with a communal pool and gardens. It is situated on Carrier Espigol 300mtrs from beach, shops & restaurants, a good location.

Excellent séjour

Très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison. La maison est propre, confortable et très agréable, parfaite pour une famille avec des ados. L'environnement est très calme malgré la proximité de la piscine commune. Proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, l'emplacement est parfait ! Merci à Melanie pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons !
